Hi mhajii, Please see the following post on HP’s website with a similar issue and possible fix: I have a Dell Inspiron 15R running Windows 7 x I have the same problem on my Sony Vayo. I did the update listed above and I went to version 6.
In reply to rafael: I have the same question I figure it is safer to stick to drivers provided by Gateway. Any explanation for this?
